Billboard go go bar in Nana Plaza has become one of the best bar of its kind in all of Bangkok. When it first started out in 2011, the certainly wasn’t the case. Today it is has a full staff of mostly beautiful women and a great layout that allows customers to see and interact with the women working on stage and off.
Billboard is on the top floor of Nana Plaza in the space that used to be home to Hollywood Carousel. The name of the old place indicates a key feature of the bar. That is the revolving type stage that spins around so all the women can be seen eventually.
Billboard also has shower shows which are one of the best aspects of any go go bar. They aren’t as common as they used to be but when they are still around they are usually great. After all, what’s not to love about some fully nude Thai babes playing around in soap and water?
The shows aren’t as wild as they used to be. That seems to be the way things are going in Bangkok and Thailand generally. Hollywood Carousel used to have beer shower shows and bring customers on stage for bondage type performances.
That kind of thing doesn’t go on anymore but the bar is still a fun place to hang out. It doesn’t get too crowded either, thanks to the large open layout. That’s not because people don’t show up though. The bar gets lots of customers and has since they started really doing things right about two years ago.
Drink and barfine prices are fair, there are a lot of pretty women, and the staff is courteous and not pushy in the least. There’s not much else one could ask for, at least in the current climate.
