The first team is made up only of real women. The second team is made up entirely of post-op ladyboys. Well, that’s supposed to be how it is anyway. In reality, they sometimes mix the teams up when they don’t have enough women, or “new women,” to fill the stage.
Hollywood Rock has a habit of mixing real girls and ladyboys, which can be misleading to say the very least.
